Product Division Lighting

The Product Division Lighting represents the interests of lighting manufacturers in the field of economy, marketing, technology (engineering) and standardisation as well as environmental politics. Based on the exchange of experiences in many working groups and committees, position papers concerning important topics are elaborated. There are regular contacts to important politicians to provide the members of ministries and parliament in Germany and the European Union with the necessary knowledge of light and lighting technology.

Division Light is a active participant in the European Sector Committees CELMA und ELC (lamps).

Regarding the branch marketing the public relation activities of the "association for the promotion of good lighting" (Fördergemeinschaft Gutes Licht) / licht.de" are completed by a co-operation-agreement with Messe Frankfurt including the main fair Light + Building.
