Am 28.05.2021 ist das IT-Sicherheitsgesetz 2.0 in Kraft getreten. Mit dem Ziel die IT-Sicherheit in Deutschland zu stärken, wurden bestehende Inhalte des BSI-Gesetzes ausgebaut, aber auch neue Aspekte und Mechanismen eingeführt.
