March 2026
In January 2026, the first month of the running year, new orders in the German electro and digital industry were 3.2% up on their pre-year value. With it, incoming bookings keep rising. It should be recalled that in the full last year 2025 new orders in our sector had at last risen by 5.7% once again.
February 2026
In December 2025, exports of the German electro and digital industry advanced by 10.6% (year-on-year rate) to €20.4bn. Thus, last year ended with strong growth here. For the full year 2025, a rise in our sector’s deliveries abroad is recorded, too – namely by 5.1% to (an all-time peak of) €257.5bn.
