Streamlining the AI Act: practical regulation of AI

The European AI Act came into force on 1 August 2024. Initial experience shows that the goal of low bureaucracy and legally secure regulation has not yet been achieved. In the field of industrial AI applications in particular, obstacles are emerging that jeopardise innovation and competitiveness.
